I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with how a serious safety concern has been handled following my recent vehicle purchase.
On March 4, 2026, I purchased a brand-new 2026 Kia Sorento with only 20 miles on the odometer. Just four days later, on March 8, 2026, I noticed a visible indentation on both passenger-side tires. Because I was concerned about the safety of a brand-new vehicle, I took the vehicle to a tire shop to have the tires inspected.

My appointment was quick and easy, I authorized several other repairs and all were completed in a timely manner. Customer service representative was top notch. I do have one complaint. The dealership no longer offers any kind of rides, so that makes it difficult.

2 months ago we bought a 2021 Kia k5 from Valley Hi Nissan. 2 months to the day that we purchased it the turbo went out. We purchased a $2000 turbo from Valley Hi Kia and the turbo was no good. They refused to warranty it. When our mechanic called the general manager at Valley Hi Kia, the manager gets on the phone and says “there’s nothing I can do for her so I don’t need to talk to you” and then hangs up! I brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change. It was done within 2 hours of my dropping it off. Very fast service. Liz, the writer who took my car in was very kind and helpful. Having been in the car repair business myself for several decades, I could tell that Liz has a really good grasp on her job, and I know that I can trust her. If you have a Kia and you take it to Valley Hi Kia for service, ask for Liz!

I always get a good service whenever I need service for my car very professional
Service is horrible check engine light came on after not even half a mile of driving the car. They did not diagnose what the original problem. My car is still under warranty and they are trying to make me pay for a rental car that i cannot afford for a check engine light that was not caused by me.
I drive approximately an hour and 15 minutes to Valley Hi Kia, and they make it worth it every time. They're prompt, don't try to xx you about needed services, and they're pretty quick. The longest I've ever been in the waiting room was about 3 hours, and that was for some more complex service (alignment, drive belt replacement, and tires). Never change Valley Hi!
Bought my 2021 Kia sportage here and I have been getting the service and maintenance done on the car since ,very satisfied with the service, very courteous and efficient, few times taking me even without appointment keep up the great work Kia team!

My K5 was having electrical issues so I took it to Valley Hi Kia. Never been there before. Liz helped me out and was friendly and professional. When the car was inspected I received a phone call and a text that showed me the results of the inspection with pictures. I was very happy and satisfied with the service.

I was extremely reluctant because nobody wants to buy a new car in this current financial climate, however I was surprised by the deal I got at Valley Hi Kia. My new service rep Iven Vargas was accurate & professional in all his explanations. He said what he would do and did it. He communicated with me via phone and text mailed me while my vehicle was in the shop for a two day tune up. Great job! Spent way more money than I wanted to spend, but everything on my extensive list got done on my 12.5 year old Sorento.

Have been a customer at Valley Hi KIA since 2008. I have purchased 4 new Kia’s from them, however I did have to go down to Moreno Valley to purchase my 2021 Forte GT. The finance manager at that time just wouldn’t work with me and I found him to be condescending. However I have used the service department since 2008. Never a problem, great service and staff.
Got in quickly, Ivan went over everything wit me and car was ready when they said it would.
Always an excellent customer service on their service department. I attended once on the wrong date and they made it work. 5 stars out of 5.
